Jason and Brad were super helpful. They really made buying my new trailer a breeze. I just called up Brad to explain what I needed, got a quote drawing for my trailer, and teamed up with Jason to get it scheduled. Honestly, it couldn't have been easier working with these two. They're top-notch, no doubt about it. I'm really happy with my purchase.

I would’ve given this a full 5 stars if the delivery had been on time. It ended up being nearly 3 weeks late, and I had already sold my old trailer, so I was stuck without one during that time. When you set a delivery date, it’s important to stick to it.

I'm really pleased with this trailer! It's got some nice features, like the panel anchors in the back corners. This one is built way better than my old 2006 model; it's definitely a step up.

The trailer is fantastic - we got it delivered last October (around 5 months back); but, we had ordered and paid for a spare tire for it, and the dealer still hasn't gotten it!!

I just sold my well-kept 2009 Featherlite 16' 4926 enclosed car trailer. I was on the hunt for something taller and a bit longer—an 18' 4926 at 78" height would’ve been just right. Before diving into a new purchase, I thought I'd throw my old trailer up on Craigslist and eBay. Man, the response was wild! Tons of serious buyers reached out. In the end, I sold it for $1,000 more than what I paid nearly 12 years back. Now, the big question was what to get next? I reached out to Golden Gait Trailers in NC, and they had a 20' 4926 Featherlite with that extra 6" height I needed. It was an easy choice. I grabbed it and got it right to work.

I’m really into my 20 ft feather lite. After towing a 24 ft sooner for three decades, I can’t wait to haul this feather lite for another 30 years. It’s sturdy and really well made.

Last summer, I bought this trailer brand new and have taken it out a few times since. I'm really happy with it. The design and build quality are top-notch. It tows like a dream. The tie-down rings are conveniently located and super easy to use. Plus, the fenders can be taken off for more loading space. The brakes function great too.

Here’s a rundown of the issues we noticed with our new trailer when we picked it up from the dealer:

- The marker light was non-functional, and we discovered it had no continuity to ground.
- One of the scene lights had a pinched gasket, and all the scene lights had a stripped mounting screw.
- The fan control holder was installed at an angle.
- The final cleaning left a lot to be desired.
- Vise grips were left on the chassis.
- The battery box door didn’t align properly with the box.
- The powder coat was peeling off the angle iron.
- There was rust on the fairlead and inside the winch box.
- A noticeable scratch was found in the upper right outside corner.
- Several aluminum welds were not up to par and didn’t meet my expectations.

In closing, I’d like to say this to Featherlite: When you’re shelling out for “the best” and it’s brand new, you ought to receive top-notch craftsmanship with a focus on the details, not just something that’s passable. Getting the small things right is crucial; if you can’t manage that, the bigger issues will never be handled properly.

The trailer is great, but there were a few sharp edges in certain spots that needed fixing to keep the horses safe. After about an hour of work, it turned out perfect! The horses really enjoy it, and honestly, so do I.
